Lakeview Swim Club is a membership-only club. We have permanent and summer memberships available. Permanent members hold a membership bond or have paid the one-time permanent membership fee of $75.00. Permanent members are stakeholders in the club, and as such have voting rights for club business. Once you pay the $75 Permanent Membership fee, our annual membership dues (Rates increase to $150.00 on April 1st 2026) are based on the size of your household:
Early Bird Pricing - Through March 28
Single (1) person household: $330
Two (2) person household: $500
Three or more (3+) person household: $625
August Membership (8/1-9/7/25): $200 flat rate
Standard Membership Pricing - April 1st
Single (1) person household: $355
Two (2) person household: $525
Three or more (3+) person household: $650
August Membership (8/1-9/7): $225 flat rate
Non-Permanent Memberships are for those families who anticipate only joining us for a season or two. Our non-permanent membership fee is $685. This covers a household of any size. Non-permanent members do not have voting rights in the club. If you believe you will be coming to Lakeview Swim Club for three or more seasons it is cost-effective to become a permanent member.
