Social Committee
Lay out a calendar of events for the summer and help make them happen. Past events have included foot trucks, a teen party, and karaoke night. We need a chair for this committee, and three more volunteers to help.

Social Media Manager
Help run our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages, and help keep our website updated. Receive photography from membership for posting. Put up posts written by the Board or other committees.
We have a lot of campaign ideas in flight (ex: member spotlight) and need your help and ideas.

Landscaping and Beautification Committee
Help keep Lakeview beautiful. Volunteer as much or as little as you can. This committee is responsible for coordinating spring cleanup, and ongoing beautification. Do you like gardening? Perfect! Lend a hand with our flower beds.
For larger jobs, the chair will coordinate with our contractors.
Ongoing work will be divided among all volunteers, based on interests and abilities, so these positions should only require a small amount of time across the season.

Bulletin Board and Signage Team
Coordinate with the Board and other committees to ensure events and information are shared on signage throughout Lakeview. Ideas welcome!

Membership Committee
This is a critical committee for Lakeview. This committee supports the Membership Chair on the Board. The goals of this committee are to manage existing membership, and grow our membership for the future. At the beginning of the season, provide assistance to members looking to re-register. Throughout the season, provide support to ongoing membership growth initiatives. Ideas welcome! This is a great way to meet people.

Welcome Committee
Meet with new members and help them get acquainted with the pool. Become their point of contact for questions, and make them feel part of the community. Members join throughout the season. Leverage the social committee for help with new member events.

Finance / CPA / Bookkeeper
Support the pool Treasurer with basic financial record keeping. No financial training or expertise needed.

KPW Community Liaison
This role will help facilitate communication between Lakeview and outside organizations, such as the KPW Association, Laurel Ridge Elementary School, etc.

Electrician / Plumber / Carpenter / Handyperson
Are you handy? Frequently, maintenance issues come up at the pool and we must bring in outside contractors for these repairs. These can be very costly to the membership. We are looking for members who could volunteer their expertise to assist with projects that benefit the pool and keep our membership rates down.
In most cases these projects will be small (example: assemble a gas grill, change a leaking shower head), and in others these could be larger (help finish a rewiring project for our outdoor lighting.)
